NEVER USED LOOSE TEA?
Spoon one teaspoon per bag per person, pull the string tight and brew for 3-4 minutes.
Our welsh cakes have a 21 day best before from the day we make them and we always make them as close to the dispatch date as possible. Savoury (Cheese & Leek) welsh cakes have a 7 day best before and so does the Clotted Cream. We highly recommend you keep the Cheese & Leek welsh cakes, clotted cream, cheese and butter in the fridge as soon as your Afternoon Tea is delivered.
As we use shared equipment in a busy bakery environment some products may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
Branded products such as the Jam and Clotted Cream may be substituted in certain circumstances such as high demand with our suppliers.
Please ensure that the shipping address and post code is completely accurate. There are no refunds for incorrectly addressed parcels.
It may arrive later in the day, so consider ordering for the day before a birthday or anniversary. We do not guarantee delivery dates but will endeavour to deliver on the day you have requested.
When dispatched tracking information will be automatically sent to your email, with expected delivery day and time. It is your responsibility to manage the delivery process, and inform the recipient when it is due to arrive, or nominate a safe place using the DPD app. If you do not make contact with DPD and there is no one in, they will leave the parcel on the front door step.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR DELIVERY?
Step 1: Contact DPD and gain their feedback - this needs to be completed immediately.
Step 2: Send this DPD feedback with your order number to email@example.com so that this can be escalated with DPD. Do not telephone. It needs to be in writing for DPD to investigate.
