Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked
First things first, if your parcel has been sent Royal Mail 24 hour tracked you will be sent a tracking number via email on the day your parcel is despatched. If you click this you will notice this lovely number gives you very little information other than that your parcel is on its way. This is due to a change in the Royal Mail postal system after demand increased dramatically during the first lockdown in 2020. You will now not be able to see the location of your parcel until it has been delivered! If your parcel has been marked as delivered we would firstly advise that you go to your local sorting office or ask your neighbours. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about a lost, delivered parcel!
Even though our parcels are sent Royal Mail 24 tracked they are now NOT guaranteed to be delivered to be delivered within the 24 hour time frame (again due to demands on Royal Mail). It is in fact now within 7 working days. If you are waiting for a delivery we kindly ask you to be patient, again there is nothing we can do until these days have passed.
