Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed on your chosen shipping date you select at the checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or Sundays.
Any orders without a chosen shipping date (by bypassing the shipping calendar at the checkout) will be shipped as soon as possible when all flavours from your order are available.
Ordering via shop.app e-commerce website and app and Holly.Co marketplace website will not give you the option to choose a shipping date. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
If you place a product in your basket, choose a shipping date on the shipping calendar but do not complete payment till a later time or date then your original chosen shipping date may no longer be available or sold out. If this happens, your original chosen date will be shown on your confirmation email but our back office system will automatically replace your chosen date with the next available one.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International shipping rates & delivery estimates
MamGu Welshcakes ship to Crown Dependencies; Jersey, Guernsey (Channel Islands) and Isle of Man, and internationally to France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and USA.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Due to issues out of our control we can only ship International parcels at a max weight of 2kg. If you wish to order more you must place a second order.

Due to DPD strikes or other postal issues your parcel may be sent via a different courier. Couriers used in the UK may be DHL and Royal Mail. |
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your courier tracking number(s). DPD parcels can be tracked here during your orders journey.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.mamguwelshcakes.com is not responsible for any import duties, customs, tarrifs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
www.mamguwelshcakes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@mamguwelshcakes.com immediately so we can open a case with the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take photos of everything you have received for evidence. This includes damaged and non-damaged goods.
