Can I add a gift note to my order?
Gift notes can be added at the basket page but if you forget then click here to contact us or email us at hello@mamguwelshcakes.com along with your order number and we will add it on for you.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you'd like to make changes to an order then please click here to contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has already been fulfilled and shipped then we can not make any changes.
If your parcel has been shipped and you would like to make changes to the delivery details such as "deliver to a neighbour" or "leave in a safe place" then please click on your tracking link which can be found in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note that if you change delivery details directly with the courier, MamGu Welshcakes cannot accept any liability for freshness or perishability of your order.
My order hasn't arrived yet.
Before contacting us, please check the following:
1. Your chosen shipping date - this can be found in your confirmation email. This is the day we ship your order, not a delivery date.
2. Your tracking details - Your unique tracking number and link to live tracking can be found in your dispatch confirmation email.
3. Is the address you submitted on your order correct?
4. Did you previously nominate an alternative address or safe place via the courier tracking link?

I've received the wrong parcel/product.
Our team of bakers and packagers are absolutely amazing, but sometimes mistakes happen (we are human after all, not an Amazon warehouse!). If you think you have received the wrong product or parcel then please click here to contact us or via email at hello@mamguwelshcakes.com with your order number and photo evidence of what you have received and we will rectify this as soon as possible.
My parcel has arrived damaged.
If your parcel has arrived damaged and the products inside are damaged or not as advertised then please take photos of everything including outer packaging (bag with address on), internal packaging (box), every product that is damaged and email us at hello@mamguwelshcake.com along with your order number.
Shipping:
Do I need to be in to accept delivery?
All orders are dispatched via DPD ExpressPak (unless unusual circumstances occur). This service does not require a signature, however, orders are packaged in boxes that will not fit through your letterbox. If you are not going to be in then go to your DPD tracking (this link can be found in your dispatch confirmation email) where you can choose for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If you order a large/heavy parcel from us we may send it via courier and this will more often than not require your signature.
Where do MamGu Welshcakes deliver to?
We currently deliver to all postcodes in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and USA. This includes the Isle of Man and Isle of White. International orders may be sent via a different courier.
Will my parcel fit through my letterbox?
To make sure your delicious and fresh welsh cakes are delivered un-damaged we package them in cardboard boxes with packaging. That means all orders will not fit through a letterbox. If you are not going to be in then we recommend going to your courier tracking (this link can be found in your dispatch confirmation email) where you can choose for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Do you offer next day delivery?
No, we do not offer a next day delivery service or guarantee a delivery date. Your order will be shipped on your chosen shipping date which you choose at the basket page. If ordering for a specific occasion we recommend you select a shipping date that is 2 or 3 days before the day you want it to arrive: E.g. If you want it to arrive on 4th, choose a shipping date of 2nd or 1st.
My shipping address is incorrect, can I change this?
Before placing your order, please double check that your address is correct. If you are using Shop app or Apple pay please be aware that auto-fill can change details at the last step of ordering.
If you have placed an order with the incorrect address, please contact us as soon as you can along with your order number, the address submitted and the correct address.
If your order has already been fulfilled, unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes and your parcel will be sent to the address that you provided.
Can I collect my order?
Orders are available for collection from the MamGu Welshcakes Bakery in St Davids. When you place your order choose “pick up” so you are not charged for shipping. If you have already placed an order and selected shipping but would prefer to collect then please contact us as soon as you can.

I can't find a flavour I previously purchased.
Many of our welsh cake flavours are seasonal or limited edition. If you can not find them for sale on our website then there is a good chance they are currently not available.
Do you use Welsh ingredients?
We are proud to say that all of the ingredients we use to make our welsh cakes are sourced sustainably and as locally as possible. The flour we use is not Welsh but regenerative flour from Matthews Cotswold Flour - a pioneer in regenerative farming.
Do you make Welsh Cakes without fruit?
Absolutely! Click here to find all our flavours, from Lemon and Triple Chocolate to savoury flavours such as our famous Cheese & Leek plus many more.
How long do your Welsh Cakes stay fresh for?
All of our welsh cakes have different shelf life dates depending on the flavour. All orders are made fresh to order and as close to the shipping date as possible.
Traditional Welsh Cakes - 28 days
Sweet Welsh Cakes - 28 days
Barti Spiced Rum & Raisin Welsh Cakes - 21 days
Savoury Welsh Cakes - 10 days (must be kept refrigerated)

We pride ourselves using on fresh local produce and creating daily specials, because of this, our standard menu is limited. Please make sure to see our specials board when you visit us.
