Refund policy

www.mamguwelshcakes.com policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in original un opened packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Welsh Cakes
• Welsh Afternoon Tea's
• Ready To Bake Welsh Cake Dough
• All perishable goods and foods
• Gift cards

Receipt, packaging slip or proof of purchase must be included with all returns. 

Returns must be organised with MamGu Welshcakes first. Please do not send your returns parcel back to MamGu Welshcakes with out contacting and confirming first.

Refunds

If you receive the wrong product amongst correct products then MamGu Welshcakes will offer a partial refund for the missing product/s. This refund may not include shipping charge depending on the weight of the missing product/s.

If your parcel is completely wrong and does not include any correct products from your order then MamGu Welshcakes will offer a full refund for all missing products and shipping.

MamGu Welshcakes may require you to return the incorrectly sent products.

MamGu Welshcakes can not offer a refund if the wrong address or postcode was given when placing an order. 

MamGu Welshcakes can not give a refund if your order is returned to us by the delivery supplier due to the following reasons:

• Address incomplete
• Address inaccessible
• Addressee gone away
• Addressee unknown
• Refused by the correct address
• Not called for
• No such address
  
• Parcel not collected from collection point within time frame

When ordering please double check your shipping address and postcode is correct and the addressee can accept the delivery.

There are certain products and situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•  Eligible items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will not be offered a refund if your parcel is returned to us due to import duties, customs, tarifs or taxes not being paid. MamGu Welshcakes is not responsible for any import duties, customs, tarifs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive contact via email from the courier or last mile courier to pay these fees.
