Important Information
Please note that during Summer savoury products may be shipped with extra ice packs and foil packaging so your products packaging may not look the same as photographed.
- Our sweet welsh cakes have a 28 day best before from the day we make them and we always make them as close to the shipping date as possible.
- Savoury (Cheese & Leek) welsh cakes and Clotted Cream have a 7 day best before.
- We highly recommend you keep the Cheese & Leek welsh cakes, clotted cream, cheese and butter in the fridge as soon as your Afternoon Tea is delivered.
- As we use shared equipment in a busy bakery environment some products may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
- Branded products such as the Jam and Clotted Cream may be substituted in certain circumstances such as high demand with our suppliers.
Never used loose leaf tea?
Spoon one teaspoon per bag per person, pull the string tight and brew for 3-4 minutes.
Delivery Information
Domestic (UK) Shipping: When you select a shipping date on our calendar, this is the day we POST your parcel, NOT the day it will arrive.
Your order will be be sent via DPD ExpressPak which usually arrives 1-2 days after your chosen shipping date.
If ordering for a specific occasion we recommend you select a shipping date that is 2 or 3 days before the day you want it to arrive: E.g. If you want it to arrive on 4th, choose a shipping date of 2nd or 1st.
International Shipping: This product cannot be shipped internationally or to crown dependencies. For all International shipping information including price and estimated delivery time please visit our Shipping Policy page.
Storage
Store savoury welsh cakes, clotted cream, cheese and butter in the fridge as soon as your Afternoon Tea is delivered.
Store sweet & traditional welsh cakes in an air tight container.
Our welsh cakes do not contain any preservatives that you will find in super market products, so they will not keep as long. Click on Important Information above to find out about best before dates.
