Sometimes in life, you create something you truly love… then, without realising, you drift away from it. That’s exactly what happened with our Milk Chocolate Chip Welsh Cakes.
Way back in 2016, they were one of the very first Welsh cakes we ever made. Inspired by my mamgu’s simple but brilliant idea - swapping traditional fruit for something sweeter to delight her grandchildren - these chocolatey welsh cakes quickly became a family favourite. As time went on and new, exciting flavours joined our menu, this humble classic quietly slipped into the background.
Back for 2026 and here to stay
